Step 1 Accounting and Operations Evaluation (2-4 hours)

• We have one or two calls with the proper parties to understand your business, your challenges, the way you measure success, and areas you feel are most in need of attention

• I review your books – I can do this on my own if you grant me temporary access to them

• We have an additional call to get an overview of all systems used to track and feed data into books (if needed)

Step 2 Accounting and Operations Plan for Improvement (2-3 hours)

• I send you a summary of your current process with suggestions for improvements, including estimated hours by task for completion. You can pick and choose which you want to tackle.

Option 1: Receive an evaluation of how best to get your books in stellar shape and your systems best in class

Option 2: Choose projects you already know you need done - whether from the list of Initiatives here or of your own design.
