I have spent my entire career working in finance with start-ups and medium-sized, growing companies. It has provided me with the experience to design, build, and maintain world-class finance teams for companies who desire to have more rigor around their financial reporting and are ready for a more strategic approach. This entails implementing systems and processes that ensure you are set up from the start to grow and prosper as you become more successful and complex in your operations.

I am not a typical financial professional - I have a creative and expansive mindset with a deeply ethical, putting-people-and-the-world-at-large-first mentality. I will not come in with pre-conceived ideas about how best to run your business or dictate what you “should” do – I won’t know that until together we figure it out.
